About the Author
Dorothy Tighe has written stories for Jefferson City Senior Times, Columbia Senior Times, and a monthly column for Mid-Missouri Mature Living.
She is a member of a Creative Writing Club springing from Learning in Retirement at Lincoln University. She collaborated in writing a book, Favorite Pets. She wrote an autobiography celebrating her 70th birthday.
This third book is a collection of her stories written in a span of over ten years. These stories take her from city living with her parents and eight siblings to life in the country. From childhood to adulthood and becoming a dairy farmer's wife and mother of eleven children.
Telling and writing these stories was fun. Having them published is a dream come true.
